    The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in Livno is the Municipal Court in Livno with its divisions in Tomislavgrad and Drvar.

    At the end of 2024, 288 cases remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first half of 2025, Cantonal Court in Livno received 441 cases, so that a total of 729 cases were pending. In the first half of 2025, a total of 444 cases were resolved, while in the same period last year 680 cases were resolved, which is 236 cases or 34,71% less. At the end of the first half of 2025, 285 cases remained unresolved, while at the end of the first half of 2024, 341 cases remained unresolved, which is 56 cases or 16,42% less than at the end of the first half of 2024.

    The achieved collective norm of the court for the first half of 2025 is 81,25%.

    The average duration of 444 resolved cases is 120 days, which is 50 days less than in the same period of 2024, when the average duration of cases was 170 days.

    According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2025, the obligation to resolve 167 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2025, the obligation to resolve a total of 123 cases has been determined. On 30th June 2025, 123 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first and the second quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plans is 100%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 92 cases or 55% were resolved, and 75 cases remained unresolved.
